We are not here to blatantly tell you that abortion is wrong. We are going to shed light, through God’s word, on how God looks upon the fetus. We will show you that not only does God see the unborn child as a person, but also forms the fetus into a human being as we know it. Not only this, but He has you named and chosen well before conception.

“For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

Psalm 139:13-16

“Fearfully and wonderfully made…” We are made in the womb.

“My substance was not hid from thee…” God clearly sees us even when the baby is just substance at one week old… meaning before the fetus even resembles the form of a child.

“And in thy book all my members were written…” As if the blue print for the human form.

“Which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them…” Again, there was nothing there: no limbs, no head, even before the egg begins to transform. This verse clearly shows God at work forming the very substance of a human within the womb.

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee…” God here tells us that we are known before we are even formed, as if at the point the sperm makes first contact with the egg God already knows who that person is going to be.

“Before thou camest forth…I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee…” And before we are even born our calling is upon us. 

This clearly shows us that from the point of conception to full grown fetus God considers us alive and a person who He already knows by name and purpose.

“And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren though they come out of the loins of Abraham.”

Hebrews 7:5

“And as I may so say, Levi also, who recieveth tithes, paid tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.”

Hebrews 7:9+10

These particular verses are the most compelling considering how many generations back Abraham was from Levi.  To say that Levi was “in the loins of his ancestor” and that he paid tithes through Abraham is giving him personhood long before the final sperm reaches the egg.

Thus we can conclude that in God’s sight we are destined as a person before our father even meets our mother or even before they were both born themselves.  

So we earnestly plead with you, in light of God’s Word, that you would consider these things before your decision to end a pregnancy. It is not only murder of an unborn child but also a grave disruption of the Spirit of God’s creation in forming a child after His image and likeness. We are not condemning you nor do we sit in judgement upon you. We merely want you to weigh out your decision in light of the truth of God’s Word.

May Our Father bless those of you under the burden of making such a hard decision, or who have already made this decision. God loves you very much, and wants you to choose life: for yourself, as well as for your unborn child.
